This paper uses the questionnaire survey method to study the users’ cognition of micro-blog ethics anomie and ethics norms and their willingness to continue use. It was found that the users believed that there are ethical phenomena such as language violence，gender antagonism，and irrational fans support in micro-blog platform. Users’ cognition of micro-blog platform ethics norms needs to be improved，and their satisfaction with platform governance is high，which will affect users’ willingness to continue to use it. To build a healthy and orderly micro-blog information environment，improve users’ willingness to continue use，and promote the sustainable development of the platform，we should increase the publicity of ethics norms，establish a pluralistic and coordinated governance system，and improve the effectiveness of platform governance.
