The combination of sponge city construction and CBD development reflflects the parallel importance of urban economic development and sustainable development. Amsterdam’s sponge city development is at the forefront of Europe and the World，especially Zuidas，as Amsterdam’s CBD，is becoming the collection of Green City，Circulation Economy and Smart City. Amsterdam’s sponge city construction relies on the cooperation of government，enterprises and residents，especially relies on the multilevel coordination among Amsterdam Municipality，the North Holland Province，the Dutch government and even the European Union. The sustainable urban environment is created on the basis of capital provision，technology support，infrastructure improving and regional coordination. China’s CBD can learn from the experiences of Amsterdam sponge city construction and promote CBD sustainable development.
