品牌建设是商务区获取差异化竞争力的重要途径,随着互联网、大数据等新兴数字技术在社会经济生活中的广泛应用,尤其是抖音、微博、微信等社交媒体软件在民众中的普遍使用,互联网平台、新兴社交媒体已经成为商务区品牌形象传播的重要载体。与此同时,由于关于商务区或城市的形象、定位等相关信息能够更加顺畅地传播于国内乃至国际公众间,商务区的品牌建设对商务区的发展而言在数字和信息时代显得更加重要。本文试图基于巴黎拉德芳斯区品牌建设的主要措施和显著成效,结合当前国内商务区发展的实际情况,探讨拉德芳斯区在品牌塑造以及运营管理方面为国内商务区带来的启示与经验借鉴。
<<The brand image positioning,shaping and management of business district are the important influencing factors of its development prospect. With the popularity of the Internet,Big Data and other emerging digital technology,especially the use of mobile-based internet social media,social media has become an important carrier of the city or business district international image. At the same time,because of the image of the business district or the city,positioning and other relevant information can be more smoothly disseminated to the domestic and international public,the brand construction of business district is more important to the development of business district in the digital and information age. Based on the main measures and remarkable results of the brand building of La Défense,this paper attempts to combine with the actual situation of the development of business districts in China,this paper discusses the inspiration and experience that La Défense district brings to the domestic business district in the aspects of brand building and operation management.
