In the new development stage，promoting the green transformation of CBD and building a low-carbon CBD is an inevitable choice to implement the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” strategy，promote high-quality economic development and improve the economic resilience of CBD. First of all，this paper summarizes the internal requirements，core connotation and construction ideas of green low-carbon CBD，and puts forward the important characteristics of green low-carbon CBD，such as green spatial pattern，green industrial agglomeration，green scientific and technological innovation，green governance system and green cultural guidance. Secondly，combined with the characteristics of green and low-carbon development，this paper combs the practical experience of China’s representative CBD green and low-carbon development from the aspects of green resources，green technology，green industry，green goverance and green culture. Finally，this paper puts forward the implementation path to promote the green low-carbon and resilient development of CBD in China from the aspects of building a green space pattern，planting green development momentum，building a green industry cluster system，improving the green governance system，and cultivating green civilization.
