Due to the impact of Covid-19，extreme climate events，and information and data security，traditional infrastructure is beginning to reveal many inadequacies in service delivery，highlights the need for resilient infrastructure construction. Central business district，as the core of urban economic development，is under urgent need to carry out resilient reconstruction to make up for the infrastructure inadequaies，to strengthen CBD’s ability to resist various risks and ensure the smooth operation of economy and society. Based on the new development stage，this paper first systematically explains the evolution and development from “Resilience” to “Resilient Infrastructure”，the importance of strengthening the resilience of business district infrastructure under the severe and complex situation is analyzed，the successful practices of Wuhan CBD，Zhengdong New Area CBD，Guangzhou Tianhe CBD and Shanghai Hongqiao CBD in sponge city construction，zero-carbon building construction and new infrastructure construction show the progress and effectiveness of the CBD’s resilient infrastructure construction，the possible problems and challenges in the construction of resilient infrastructure in CBD are analyzed from three aspects：climate change risk，information security risk and emergency handling capacity Finally，some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of CBD resilient infrastructure are put forward.
