Maintaining financial security and preventing and defusing major financial risks are important foundations for the sustainable and healthy development of China’s economy and society during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period. Improving the resilience of the financial system is one of the key objectives of financial work China’s CBD，which is financial core of modern cities and a “bridgehead” for preventing and defusing major financial risks，has gained a number of important experience in promoting financial services to the real economy，improving the financial risk early warning system，strengthening the ability to defuse financial risks and deepening the opening up of financial service trade. During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period and beyond，China’s CBD will still face some challenges from the external environment when further enhancing financial resilience，and should continue to make efforts in deepening the reform of systems and mechanisms，expanding the level of opening up，strengthening the construction of talent echelon，and using frontier digital technology，so as to make due contributions to effectively safeguarding China’s financial security.
