The core of CBD’s economic resilience lies in enhancing its ability to self-organize，adapt to pressure and changes in the city，and improve the resilience of resistance，recovery，redirection，and renewal. In the face of the downward pressure on China’s economy，the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic，and the complicated and volatile international situation，China’s CBD has achieved important practices in supporting the construction of an international consumption center city and building a new type of consumer business district expand domestic demand and promote growth. It has made positive contributions，but faces many new situations and challenges. The CBD should focus on promoting the innovation of business districts，building smart business districts，optimizing the layout of business districts，and improving the quality of business districts，so as to accelerate the construction of new business districts and enhance development resilience.
