在过去十年中,北京市探索建立具有首都特色的社会心理指导师培训体系,为心理人才培养奠定了系统化、规范化基础。本报告从对社会心理服务人才培养现状的探讨入手,借鉴国内外心理人才培养经验,结合现实社会需求,力求通过科学化内容、规范化制度、常态化岗位、实践化督导等,为解决全国性的心理专业人才缺乏、管理制度缺失、社团支持缺位等问题提供创新性举措,为完善首都模式、推进全国心理人才培养体系建设提供有效的对策建议。
<<In the past ten years,Beijing has explored the establishment of a training system for psychosocial instructors with the characteristics of the capital,which has laid a systematic and standardized foundation for the cultivation of psychological personnel. Starting from the discussion of the current situation of training personnel for social psychological services,this report draws on the experience of psychological personnel training in China and abroad,combined with the social needs,and works to provide innovative methods to solve the problems of lack of national psychological professionals,lack of management system,lack of community support,etc. The report provides effective advice to improve the capital model and promotes the construction of the national psychological personnel training system.
