In the past ten years，Beijing has explored the establishment of a training system for psychosocial instructors with the characteristics of the capital，which has laid a systematic and standardized foundation for the cultivation of psychological personnel. Starting from the discussion of the current situation of training personnel for social psychological services，this report draws on the experience of psychological personnel training in China and abroad，combined with the social needs，and works to provide innovative methods to solve the problems of lack of national psychological professionals，lack of management system，lack of community support，etc. The report provides effective advice to improve the capital model and promotes the construction of the national psychological personnel training system.
