As an important area of cultural exchange and multi-ethnic communities，the Qilian Mountains National Park（Qinghai Area）has a long history and culture，with rich and precious human resources，and it is vital to protect and develop them effectively. To this end，a systematic inventory of cultural resources（intangible culture，material culture，red culture，and public cultural facilities）in the park area was compiled on the basis of preliminary documentation and fieldwork. On this basis，a quantitative evaluation of the human resources in the park area was carried out using the fuzzy integrated evaluation method，and puts forward the suggestions of scientific development and rational use；to establishing a sound protection system；to leveraging resources for economic development and universal participation and full mobilization.
