2021年重庆市生态环境局颁布重庆市“碳惠通”生态产品价值实现平台管理办法，全面开启“双碳”背景下重庆市碳排放权交易工作。重庆交通开投集团、重庆轨道集团共同完成4号线、5号线、10号线、环线4条轨道交通线路的项目减排量备案工作，并在重庆市联交所完成碳交易，总收益近千万元。下一步，重庆交通开投集团将进一步扩大工作成效，打造基于MaaS平台的重庆低碳出行“碳惠通”生态系统，力争成为成渝双城经济圈双碳工作实践的创新典范。
<<Chongqing Bureau of Ecology and Environment promulgated the management regulations of Chongqing “Carbon Huitong” ecological product value platform in 2021，and started the carbon emission trading in Chongqing under the national “double carbon” strategy. Chongqing Communications Investment and Investment Group and Chongqing Rail Group have jointly completed the emission reduction record work of Line 4，5，10 and Circle Line，and completed carbon trading in Chongqing Stock Exchange. The total revenue is nearly 10 million yuan. In the future，Chongqing Communications Development Investment Group will further expand the work effect，build Chongqing low-carbon travel carbon inclusive ecosystem based on MaaS platform，and strive to become an innovative model of double carbon work practice in Chengdu-Chongqing twin city economic circle.
