In recent years，livelihood resilience and community development have gained considerable academic attention. However，few studies have examined the impact of livelihood resilience on the high-quality development of national park communities from the perspective of livelihood resilience. Based on the theory of livelihood resilience，this paper analyzes the cases of the source of Yellow River Park. This study adopted interview and observation methods analysis and other research methods，and a theoretical framework for livelihood resilience and community development to explore the current situation of livelihood resilience and its impact on community development in the Yellow River Source of Three-river Source National Park. This paper made the following findings. ①The livelihood resilience of national Park community residents is mainly composed of four parts：buffering ability，learning ability，self-organizing ability，and cultural adaptation，among which cultural adaptation is an essential link between community development and livelihood resilience. ②Livelihood resilience impacts community industry development，community governance，community participation，and traditional culture. In improving livelihood resilience，the adaptation degree of livelihood means is closely related to the stage of community development. Finally，previous research has recognized the absence of the community development dimension in discussions of the livelihood resilience framework of national park communities. By introducing community development，the present case study of a National Park community attempts to bridge that gap using an improved livelihood resilience framework.
