The operation safety management system of BJMTR is built around the concept of “Risk based”. In combination with the requirements of laws & regulations and ISO31000 risk management guidelines，from the aspects of identification，analysis，evaluation，control，review and monitoring，the whole process of operation safety risk management is well done，resources are effectively allocated，and safety risks are reduced to the lowest level under reasonable and feasible conditions. As the core element of operational safety management，risk management provides a starting point for other security management elements，such as the preparation of emergency plans and emergency drills. Since 2009，the operational safety risk management implemented by BJMTR has played an important role in achieving safe operation.
