Aiming at the needs of emergency management capacity improvement of Nanjing Metro Operation Company，Six kinds of emergency capabilities are proposed from the view of emergency plan system，professional emergency rescue team，emergency rescue base and wisdom emergency proposes，including emergency response，process specification，rescue coordination，resource integration and emergency disposal，and emergency ability situation and the insufficiency are analyzed. At the same time，the report introduces Nanjing Metro operation emergency rescue Center from the aspects of its establishment，function and daily operation. Finally，taking Nanjing Metro operation meteorological information early warning platform，bridge and tunnel safety monitoring information platform and flood control monitoring and early warning platform as cases，the systematic work and thinking of Nanjing Metro emergency capacity construction are analyzed.
