社区价值共创是缓解国家公园人地矛盾和提高社区治理水平的重要途径。研究基于服务主导逻辑和价值共创DART模型构建综合分析框架,在总结大熊猫国家公园入口社区价值共创实践经验基础上构建“平台—生态系统”多利益相关者价值共创模式。该模式以价值共创平台为基础,以多层次生态系统为网络特质,以线上线下资源整合与服务交换为价值共创路径,以可操作性强的社会规范与制度协调为系统保障。研究拓展了价值共创理论在国家公园领域的应用,揭示了共创的实现过程与驱动机理,为国家公园利益协调机制与社区管理模式创新提供了理论工具和实践参考。
<<Community multi-stakeholder value co-creation is an important way to alleviate the contradiction between man and land in national parks and improve the level of community governance. Based on the service-oriented logic theory and DART model of value co-creation,a comprehensive analysis framework is constructed. On the basis of summarizing the practical experience of value co-creation in the entrance community of Giant Panda National Park,a multi-stakeholder value co-creation model of platform-ecosystem in national park community is constructed. This model is based on multi-stakeholder platform for value co-creation,with multi-level ecosystem as the network characteristic,online and offline resource integration and service exchange as the path of value co-creation,and operational social norms and institutional coordination as the system guarantee. This paper expands the application of value co-creation theory in the field of national parks,reveals the realization process and driving mechanism of co-creation,and provides theoretical tools and practical reference for the innovation of national park interest coordination mechanism and community management mode.
