This paper summarizes the cases of urban rail transit accidents caused by flooding，hurricane and blizzard disasters，analyzes the cases from the basic situation of the accident，disposal measures and enlightenment，and summarizes the preventive measures and emergency disposal suggestions for urban rail transit natural disaster accidents. In terms of flood disaster，we should focus on strengthening the construction of waterproof equipment and facilities，and establish and improve the flood prediction，early warning and rescue management system. In terms of meteorological disasters，we should improve the accuracy of meteorological early warning information announced and the firmness of the defense system，and strengthen the application of satellite communications and the maintenance and repair of power equipment. Attaching great importance to the emergency management of natural disasters can comprehensively assess the safety risks of urban rail transit at all stages，so as to effective prevention，and reduce the impact of natural disasters and accidents.
