自然保护地是维护我国国土生态安全和生物多样性的重要生态空间，自然保护地的空间结构优化是国土空间规划的关键内容之一。随着国土空间规划体系逐步建立完善，各级国土空间规划中自然保护地专项规划的重点任务和编制内容值得深入研究。本报告结合多个省份国土空间规划的实践，提出省级国土空间中的自然保护地专项规划应注重协调自然保护地专业规划、协调保护与开发功能、协调其他专项规划等“三个协调”，明确并落实自然保护地范围和边界，研究自然保护地发展布局，确定自然保护地名录与面积等，为今后自然保护地专项规划提供技术借鉴。
<<Nature reserves are an important ecological space for maintaining ecological security and biodiversity in China’s national territory，and the optimization of the spatial structure of nature reserves is one of the key elements of spatial planning. With the gradual establishment and improvement of the territorial spatial planning system，the key tasks and preparation contents of special planning for nature reserves in spatial planning at all levels deserve in-depth study. This paper combines the practice of spatial planning in several provinces，and proposes that the special planning of nature reserves in provincial space should focus on coordinating the professional planning of nature reserves，coordinating the protection and development functions，coordinating other special planning，clearly implementing the scope boundary of the current nature reserves，studying the development layout of nature reserves，and determining the list and area of nature reserves，and determining the list of nature reserves. The key elements are：the implementation of the current nature reserve boundaries，the study of the development layout of nature reserves，the determination of the list and area of nature reserves，and the implementation and coordination of special plans.
