Tea culture in the Yellow River valley has a long history. After thonds of years of development，each province and region have formed tea customs and drinking habits with local characteristics，which is a regional culture with the imprint of the Yellow River civilization. With the success and advancement of the “Tea Introduction from the South to the Norths” project，the geographical position of the Yellow River basin will be widened to the north of the boundary of tea cultivation，for the sustainable development of tea culture industry laid a material foundation. At present，tea culture is in the stage of vigorous development and is active in the stage of tea culture in the world. But still need to develop industry standards，create leading enterprises，set up innovative awareness and other aspects planned ahead.
