From a regional perspective，this chapter makes a basic analysis of the existing indices in terms of the eastern region，central region，western region and northeast region，and makes a comparative analysis with the report in 2020. In this chapter，it is found that the transport power index of the eastern region，the central region and the northeast region has increased compared with 2020，while the transport power index of the western region has decreased slightly. In the process of the development of the traffic power，the eastern region remains to be improved in the talent team construction aspect，needs to strengthen the construction of talent team. The central region needs to promote the construction of green transportation and improve the level of traffic governance. The western region should promote the modernization of transportation governance，pay attention to the construction of traffic safety，and improve the level of transportation governance. The northeast region should accelerate the modernization of traffic equipment.
