The high-quality development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing industry under the guidance of regional collaborative development strategy is an important carrier and means for China to cope with the pressure of economic growth in the new era. However，how to scientifically measure and effectively evaluate its high-quality development level remains to be further studied. Under the background of digital economy and new development concept，this report constructs an evaluation system for high-quality development of manufacturing industry from seven dimensions of digital intelligence manufacturing industry，economic benefit，innovation driven，coordination and optimization，green development，open cooperation and sharing economy. Then，using the entropy method and taking the data from 2009 to 2020 as samples，this report makes an empirical measurement and comparative analysis on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. The results show that with the increasingly clear functional orientation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei，the high-quality development level of manufacturing industry in Hebei province has gradually improved，and the digital transformation has achieved remarkable results. The gap between the three regions in coordinated optimization and green development has been narrowed，but there is a large development gap in innovation driven，open cooperation and sharing economy. It is still necessary to further build an industrial collaborative development platform，improve the industrial linkage and supporting capacity，and help the high-quality development of manufacturing industry and the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
