2030年前实现碳达峰、2060年前实现碳中和是国家重大战略决策,是推动高质量发展的内在需求,将推动经济社会发生系统性变革。推进碳达峰碳中和,需要立足以煤炭为主的基本国情,利用好现有煤电机组,增强新能源消纳能力,工业、交通、建筑等主要碳排放行业需要推动产业优化升级,更多地采用绿色低碳技术。以互联网、大数据、人工智能、物联网、云计算、第五代移动通信等技术为代表的信息技术与经济社会各领域深度融合,促使各领域加速数字化转型升级,对我国如期实现碳达峰碳中和有重大作用。本文以信息技术应用促进碳达峰碳中和的作用与路径为主题,阐述了信息技术在能源、工业、建筑、交通行业开展碳达峰碳中和工作中起到的关键作用和广阔应用前景。
<<Achieving carbon emission peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060 is a major national strategic decision,which is an inherent requirement to promote high-quality development and may drive systematic revolutions in the economy and society. To achieve emission peak and carbon neutrality,it is necessary to depend on the basic domestic conditions that coal is the main source of energy,make efficient use of existing coal-fired electric power generation units,increase the capacity of new energy consumption,and promote the optimization and upgrading of industry,transportation,construction and other major carbon-emitting industries,and adopt more green and low-carbon technologies. The deep integration of information technology with various economic and social fields,represented by the Internet,Big Data,Artificial Intelligence,Internet of Things,Cloud Computing and fifth-generation (5G) mobile communication technologies has accelerated the digital transformation and upgrading in various fields,and played a significant role in achieving carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality in China as scheduled. In this paper,the role and path of information technology applications in promoting carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality in the energy,industry,construction and transportation industries are discussed.
