Digital transformation has become an inevitable choice for small and medium-sized enterprises to transform and upgrade，improve their viability and competitiveness，and seek long-term development. It is also the main battlefield for China to further promote intelligent manufacturing and build a manufacturing power and digital China. In 2021，small and medium-sized enterprises have achieved remarkable results in intelligent manufacturing at multiple points. However，in the process of exploring intelligent manufacturing，some problems need to be solved urgently have also been exposed，such as insufficient endogenous power，raising funds difficultly，lacking of relevant talents，and weak service platform construction. To promote the development of the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises，it is necessary to enhance the independent innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises，improve the construction of small and medium-sized public service platforms，open up diversified financing channels，and carry out pilot demonstrations.
