At the same time，the information industry is still facing some internal and external challenges，like supply shock，demand decline，expectation weakening internal worries and complex global economic external challenges. In order to achieve high-quality development of the information industry，promote smooth operation and quality upgrading of the industry，it is suggested to consolidate the base of core technologies，expand effective production capacity supply，promote the integrated development of industrial and supply chains，and step up cooperation and opening-up.
