By constructing the model of destination tourism safety degree of tourism safety resistance-invasion degree and tourist safety expectation-perceived tourist safety，statistical data and questionnaire data are used to analyze the data of tourism safety index in 2021. The research finds that：the index values of tourism safety degree and tourism safety resistance in the sample areas are in a relatively safe state，while the index values of security risk invasion are in a medium state （poor state），showing a circular distribution in spatial distribution. The fluctuation of tourists’ safety expectation is obvious，and their safety perception is on the rise. The hot tourism safety issues reflected in the evaluation results，such as how to help tourism enterprises survive the crisis，how to ensure the safety of holiday tourism，how to regulate the safety and quality of tourism products in the market，and how to ensure the safety of elderly tourists，are analyzed. At the same time，the paper puts forward some management suggestions，such as precise prevention and control under normal epidemic situation，parallel measures，strengthening industry supervision，and promoting the renovation of facilities and services for the aged，to provide scientific basis and practical reference for promoting the formulation of safety management countermeasures of tourism destinations.
