As one of the most important political mass organizations，the women’s Federation has a deep mass foundation and has a unique position and role in participating in social activities and grass-roots social governance. This report analyzes the current situation of Xicheng District Women’s Federation’s participation in grass-roots social governance through field visits and research. The research found that Xicheng District Women’s Federation actively explores new business forms of service，integrates social resources around the construction of family culture，tamps the construction of digital positions and other practical paths，and continuously improves the ability of women’s Federation to participate in grass-roots social governance；At the same time，Xicheng District Women’s Federation has deficiencies in working mode，organizational positioning and overall coordination ability in the process of participating in grass-roots social governance，and then puts forward relevant suggestions for women’s Federation organizations to innovate and participate in social governance and better enhance the influence and organizational strength of women’s Federation organizations under the new situation.
