The practice path of constructing smart communities coincide with the logic of NGT method，which supplies a method to resolve problems of smart products supply，application scenes，and resources sharing in smart community building. is bound to match community resources and governance targets with governance patterns to facilitate positive mutual interaction between governance measures and results，which makes community governance more scientific and specialized. This report applies NGT to analyze processes and results of two cases in digital community construction in Beijing by focusing on whether community resources and governance match governance patterns，and explore the way to tackle the dilemmas and difficulties.
