This report focuses on the elderly care service system in Beijing，and analyzes the current condition of the construction of the elderly care service system from the aspects of improving the system of elderly care services，promoting the standardized construction of elderly care institutions，and improving the security system for whom the basic elderly care service is aiming at. The study finds that there are still some problems in Beijing，such as the unbalanced layout of beds in elderly care institutions，the relative lack of public investment in elderly care services，the mismatch between institutional charging standards and the income of the elderly，and the lack of sustainable development capacity of community-based elderly care service stations. According to this，this report puts forward following suggestions：optimizing the layout of elderly care resources in order to make up for the shortcomings of elderly care facilities，solving the supply of multi-level elderly care services，increasing public investment in elderly care services and promoting the sustainable development of community-based elderly care service stations.
