2021年我国旅游业实现有序恢复,旅游餐饮业逐步恢复生机。疫情常态化防控阶段,仍然出现了个别中高风险地区,对当地旅游餐饮业产生了阶段性冲击。餐饮外卖业务仍然呈现迅猛发展态势;旅游餐饮安全态势较好;旅游食品卫生安全事件类型与设施安全事件类型占比较高,且事故原因较为复杂。回首2021年,旅游餐饮业安全形势较2020年有了明显改善,事故总量明显减少。展望2022年,旅游餐饮安全中的外卖卫生安全以及进口冷链食品运输安全依旧是社会各界关注的重点;智慧餐饮安全系统仍为旅游餐饮业高速发展的技术保障。同时,社会各界要进一步增强疫情防范意识,重点防范餐饮风险。
<<In 2021,China’s tourism industry recovered in an orderly manner,and the tourism and catering industry gradually recovered. In the normal prevention and control stage,there are still some medium-high risk areas,which still have a periodical impact on the local tourism and catering industry. Food and beverage takeout business is still developing rapidly;Tourism catering security situation is good;the types of tourism food safety accidents and facilities safety accidents account for more,and the causes of the accidents are more complex. Looking back at 2021,the safety situation of tourism and catering industry has been significantly improved comparing with 2020,and the total number of accidents has been significantly reduced. Looking forward to 2022,the safety of takeaway food and the safety of imported cold chain food transportation is still the focus of attention from all walks of life. Intelligent catering safety system is still the technical guarantee for the rapid development of tourism catering industry. At the same time,all sectors of society should further enhance the awareness of epidemic prevention,focusing on the prevention of catering risks.
