在疫情防控常态化环境下,2021年的旅游住宿业得到了国家政策的大力扶持,通过自救及自身调整,逐步向绿色化、数字化、多业态化转变,这使得我国旅游住宿业安全突发事件总数较2020年有所下降,事故灾难与社会安全事件仍是主要构成部分;淡旺季两极分化显著,8月和12月是全年旅游住宿业安全事件发生的主高峰和次高峰;住宿业的公共卫生问题引起较为广泛的关注。展望2022年旅游住宿业安全形势,应进一步加强疫情防控、制定危机管理机制、增加智能化应用、落实到位奖惩措施。
<<Although the COVID-19 continues in 2021,but tourism accommodation enterprises under the national policy vigorously support,through their own self-help and adjustment,gradually to the transition of greening,digital,multiple forms,which make our country tourist lodging industry safety incidents have declined from 2020,the total accident and social security incident is still the main part. There is a significant difference in the polarization of off-season and peak season. August and December are the main and secondary peaks of safety incidents in tourism accommodation industry. In particular,public health problems in the accommodation industry have attracted more attention. Looking ahead to the safety situation of tourism and accommodation industry in 2022,epidemic prevention and control should be further strengthened. Developing crisis management mechanisms;increasing intelligent applications;implement reward and punishment measures in place.
