    2021年河南民办学校管理机制创新研究

    摘要

    管理机制创新是河南民办学校创新发展的重要内容,也是全面深化改革的着力点和突破口。从结构和功能上来划分,民办学校管理机制主要包含科学决策机制、多元参与机制、沟通协调机制、信息处理机制、组织运行机制、协同联动机制、应急管理机制、考核评价机制等八项子机制。民办学校推进管理机制创新,既要综合考虑内部因素,也要统筹兼顾外部因素。面对新形势、新机遇和新挑战,河南民办学校应深入学习贯彻党的教育方针,加强民办学校党的建设,优化民办学校管理机制的构成,推进多元参与民办学校管理创新,推广运用现代管理方式方法,培育创新创业型组织文化,持续创新管理机制,激发学校改革动力和活力,从而推动学校综合改革,实现高质量发展。

    Abstract

    The innovation of management mechanism is an important content of the innovative development of Henan private schools,and also the focal point and breakthrough of comprehensively deepening the reform. In terms of structure and function,the management mechanism of private schools mainly includes eight sub-mechanisms,such as scientific decision-making mechanism,multiple participation mechanism,communication and coordination mechanism,information processing mechanism,organization and operation mechanism,collaborative linkage mechanism,emergency management mechanism and assessment mechanism. In promoting the innovation of management mechanism,private schools should take both internal and external factors into consideration. Facing the new situation,new opportunities and new challenges,Henan private schools should deeply study and implement the party’s education policy,to strengthen party building in private schools,to optimize the composition of the private school management mechanism,promoting diversity in private school management innovation,promotion use modern management methods,to cultivate innovative entrepreneurial organizational culture,continuous innovation management mechanism,stimulate the school reform momentum and energy,so as to promote the comprehensive reform of schools and achieve high quality development.
