Informatization is critical for emergency management modernization. Since its establishment，Ministry of Emergency Management has fully implement the informatization development program of “two networks”，“four systems” and “two mechanisms”. By 2021，it has taken shape，and effectively support all aspects of emergency management. With the development of New Generation Information Technology and the advancement of the national informatization and digitalization porgram，we suggest that the emergency management informatization should strengthen theoretical research and overall planning，explore new innovative models of informatization construction，build key applications and comprehensively promote them，and actively deploy cutting-edge technology.
