Culture is the “soul” in rural revitalization. The improvement of the communication abilities of rural cultural area will promote the revitalization of rural culture. Taking Luanchuan County as an example，this paper investigates the current situation and existing problems in the communication abilities of rural cultural area in Luanchuan County，and proposes a path for the construction of their communication abilities：first，following Party’s lead，the construction of the communication ability of rural cultural area should be put in an important position；second，the construction of a strong team of talents for rural cultural area exchange is a crucial point；third，protection of inheritance is important，and rural cultural area communication resources should be fully utilized；fourth，exchange and mutual learning can improve the communication skills of rural cultural area.
