The year 2021 is an extraordinary year in the history of private education in Henan and even the whole country. This year，private education in Henan continued to be affected by COVID-19. This year，Henan’s private education has steadily promoted the “double reduction” work，and achieved obvious results. After special treatment and the continuing impact of the COVID-19 epidemic about Training and Education in Henan，the “double reduction” policy，which started in July 2021，has led to drastic changes in the industry and management innovation. By the first quarter of 2022，the reduction rate of disciplinary training institutions（both online and offline）in the province had exceeded 90%，with most market players quitting and the whole industry suddenly cooling down. Advertising for disciplinary training basically disappeared，and chaotic phenomena such as “capital overheating” and “wild growth” no longer existed. The “double reduction” policy had achieved initial results. In addition，the after-school delay service of public schools has been fully popularized，and the education anxiety has been relieved to a certain extent. The private education has truly moved into a new era of compliance development and strict supervision in accordance with the law.
