饮食规范是饮食生活、生产与经营的规则基础,包括饮食政策、饮食法律、饮食法规、饮食标准和其他规范等。《食品安全国家标准餐饮服务通用卫生规范》的出台,对于提升我国餐饮业安全水平,规范餐饮服务经营,提升行业发展质量与适应人民群众日益增长的餐饮消费需求具有重要意义。本报告结合餐饮服务发展实践,从规范意义上对其进行解释,旨在为行业的规范发展提供支持。
<<Dietary norms are the rules and basis of dietary life,production and operation,including policies on diet,laws on diet,regulations on diet,standards for diet and other norms. The promulgation of the National Food Safety Standard-General Hygienic Practices for Catering Services is of great significance for improving the safety level of the catering industry in China,regulating the operation of catering services,improving the industry development quality and adapting to growing consumer demand for catering. This report combines the development practice of catering services and makes interpretation in a normative sense,aiming to provide support for the normative development of the industry.
