In the “Work Safety Law” amended in 2021，it had been fully implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on work safety，summarized the experience and lessons of China’s work safety in recent years，and transformed key policy requirements into mandatory legal norms in a timely manner. It had been coordinated development and safety from the legal level，improved the work safety responsibility system，promoted the advance of safety risk management and control，paid attention to new problems and risks in work safety. And，it had been effectively deterred the subjects of work safety violations by raising the cost of breaking the law. In practice，it should be given full play to the strong supporting role of the “Work Safety Law” in China’s work safety. In order to fully improve the level of China’s safe development，it had suggested to improving the legal system of work safety，strictly implementing the responsibility of work safety. As the same time，it was recommended to manage and control safety risks throughout the life cycle，and to promote social co-governance of work safety.
