2021年新冠肺炎疫情持续影响餐饮经营,餐饮行业进入了“黑暗期”的第二年。堂食生意受疫情影响很大,但是外卖却呈现爆发式增长。国家信息中心发布的《中国共享经济发展报告(2022)》数据显示,从居民消费的角度看,2021年在线外卖人均支出在餐饮消费支出中的占比达21。4%,同比提高4。5个百分点。在疫情的冲击下,餐饮企业纷纷投向线上外卖经营的探索,同时花更多精力打造成品、半成品标准化生产,上线“堂食+外卖+外带+零售”等多种销售渠道。
<<In 2021,the COVID-19 pandemic continued to affect the catering business,making the catering industry enter the second year as the “dark period”. While the restaurant business has been greatly affected by the pandemic,food delivery has seen explosive growth. According to the data from the Report on the Development of China’s Sharing Economy(2022)released by the State Information Center,from the perspective of household consumption,per capita expenditures on online food delivery accounted for 21.4% in the food and beverage consumption expenditure in 2021,a year-on-year increase of 4.5 percentage points. Under the impact of COVID-19,catering enterprises have all turned to the exploration of online food delivery business,and spent more energy in making standardized production of finished products and semi-finished products,and launched various sales channels such as “restaurant food + food delivery + takeout + retail”.
