After nearly 30 years of development，Zhengzhou private higher vocational education had a certain scale，accumulated a lot of experience，and laid the foundation for further development. However，in the process of development，it also accumulated several problems and faced many difficulties. The implementation of the new Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China has expanded the development space of vocational education and provided development opportunities for private higher vocational education in Zhengzhou. The private higher vocational education in Zhengzhou is faced with some problems，such as low social recognition，incomplete establishment of vocational education system，homogenization of specialty setting，and mere formality of school-enterprise cooperation. There are sufficient students in Henan，parents and students have improved their understanding of vocational education，and the new vocational education law has opened up a broader space for the development of vocational education in Zhengzhou. The private higher vocational education in Zhengzhou has something to do in improving the level of running school，establishing the process of higher vocational education，innovating evaluation methods and improving the quality of talent training.
