The new Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China，which came into effect on May 1，2022，has broadened the space for the development of private vocational education，improved the level of vocational education，and opened up the upward passage for students in vocational colleges. Henan private vocational education has a certain scale and a good foundation for development，in the process of upgrading the level and improving the quality of talent training，it is necessary to further improve the position，condense the core competitiveness，contribute to the transition of Henan from a large province of vocational education to a strong province of vocational education，cultivate more outstanding talents for economic and social development，and realize their social responsibilities.
