本报告对2022年北京市人工智能人才的供给和需求数据进行了深入分析。分析发现,北京市人工智能人才中男性多于女性,专业背景多为计算机科学与技术,主要来源于京津冀地区。分析还发现,北京市人工智能人才结构与发达国家相比还有差距,产学研密切度有待进一步提升。本报告据此建议引进高端人才,完善人工智能人才结构;产学研协同育人,打造人工智能人才高地。
<<This paper analyzed the supply and demand data of artificial intelligence talents in Beijing in 2022. We found that the artificial intelligence talents of Beijing are predominantly male,and the professional backgrounds are in computer science and technology mostly,they are mainly from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Compared with developed countries,there is still a gap in the artificial intelligence talent gender structure of Beijing;the close relationship of industry-university-research needs to be further improved. We proposed to introduce advanced talents,improve the artificial intelligence talent gender structure;educate talents through industry-university-research collaboration and promote Beijing to be a highland of artificial intelligence talents.
