This paper analyzed the supply and demand data of artificial intelligence talents of Guangzhou in 2022. We found that the artificial intelligence talents of Guangzhou are predominantly male，and their professional backgrounds are computer science and technology mostly，they are mainly from the Pearl River Delta region. The policy of attracting basic talents needs to be further strengthened，the assessment of artificial intelligence talents needs more policy support，and the training of artificial intelligence talents in universities still needs to be strengthened. We proposed to formulate multi-level artificial intelligence talent incentive policies，decentralize the evaluation power of artificial intelligence talents to enterprises，and strengthen the cultivation of artificial intelligence talents in universities through school-enterprise cooperation.
