2021年，多重矛盾与风险变量相互交织叠加。本文在分析2021年中资企业境外项目典型突发安全事件的基础上，对境外项目面临的主要风险源进行了剖析，提出了加强境外项目安全保障的对策和构建应急管理体系的建议。
<<In 2021，the external environment was becoming more complex and severe. Based on the analysis of typical security emergency of overseas projects of Chinese enterprises in 2021，this paper analyzes the main risk sources that overseas projects are facing，and also proposes countermeasures to strengthen the security of overseas projects and suggestions to build an emergency management system.
