本报告对2022年杭州市人工智能人才供给和需求数据进行了深入分析。分析发现,杭州市人工智能人才男性多于女性,专业背景多为计算机科学与技术,期望年薪多为15万~25万元;分析还发现,杭州市人工智能人才培养与企业需求之间存在时间差;高校数量少,人才培养数量相对受限;高端人才对薪酬等福利要求越来越高。基于此,本报告建议高校要加快人工智能人才培养步伐;建立更多的人工智能人才培养机构;健全完善配套政策,吸引并留住人才。
<<This paper analyzed the supply and demand data of artificial intelligence talents of Hangzhou in 2022. We found that the artificial intelligence talents of Hangzhou are predominantly male,their professional backgrounds are in computer science and technology mostly,the expected annual salary ranges from 150,000 to 250,000;there is a time gap between the training of artificial intelligence talents and the needs of enterprises;a limited number of universities leads to the number of talents training is relatively limited;advanced talents have higher requirements for benefits such as salary. We proposed that universities should accelerate the pace of artificial intelligence talent training;establish more artificial intelligence talent training institutions;improve supporting policies to attract and retain talents.
