    2021年海南餐饮产业发展报告

    摘要

    在独特的历史机遇下,政府的扶持政策、企业的积极调整提升、行业协会的协调整合工作产生了明显的效果,餐饮业的发展呈现了由低到高的总体发展态势,基本实现了快速修复的目标。但是餐饮文化挖掘不充分、餐饮品牌建设不突出、餐饮产品创新不丰富、餐饮服务水平不高、餐饮业用人难问题严峻、餐饮扶持政策不充分等问题依然存在,在未来,应大手笔制定海南餐饮业发展规划,系统开启标准化建设工作,实施“大品牌”战略,加速餐饮业智能化发展,系统实施人才建设工程,创新管理机制,实施立体化营销战略,并出台和落实行业扶持政策。

    Abstract

    With the unique historical opportunity,the government support policies,the positive adjustment and promotion of enterprises,as well as the coordination and integration of industry associations have yielded obvious results. The development of the catering industry has shown an overall development trend from low to high,and the goal of rapid recovery has been basically achieved. However,there are still some problems such as inadequate exploration of catering culture,insufficient construction of catering brands,insufficient innovation of catering products,low level of catering services,difficulty in the employment of the catering industry,and inadequate catering support policies. In the future,great efforts should be made to conduct the development plan of the catering industry in Hainan,initiate the standardized construction systematically,implement the “big brand” strategy,speed up the intelligent development of the catering industry,implement the talent construction project systematically,innovate the management mechanism,carry out the three-dimensional marketing strategy,release and implement the industry support policies.
