We carried out a practical investigation and analyzed the supply and demand data of artificial intelligence talents of Suzhou. We found that the artificial intelligence talent structure is unbalanced，the teachers for the construction of artificial intelligence subjects are still scarce，and the financial support for talent training needs to be further increased. We proposed that Suzhou should strengthen the construction of an advanced artificial intelligence talent pool；optimize the structure of teachers，train talents needed by the industry；increase financial support and optimize the environment of artificial intelligence talent training.
