人工智能等新技术催生了汽车行业的系统性变革,引发了汽车领域的人才争夺战。本报告通过对汽车行业人工智能人才供给和需求状况的深入分析,揭示了汽车行业人工智能人才市场呈现供需两旺、供给严重不足的现象。同时发现,汽车行业人工智能人才队伍建设存在一些问题,如教育滞后于企业需求,产教结合、校企合作有待加强,人才评价机制尚待完善等。为此本报告提出应广开门路,吸引核心技术人才;科学培养,提高人力资源供给;多方协同,促进校企合作;不断健全人才评价机制等建议。
<<New technologies such as artificial intelligence give birth to systematic changes in the automotive industry and trigger a battle for talents in the automotive field. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the supply and demand of artificial intelligence talents in the automotive industry. It is found that there are still some problems in the construction of artificial intelligence talent teams in the automotive industry,such as a serious shortage of talent supply,education lagging behind the needs of enterprises,the combination of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation need to be strengthened,and the talent evaluation mechanism needs to be improved. This paper puts forward that we should open up more channels and attract core technical talents;improve the supply of human resources through scientific training;promote school-enterprise cooperation through multi-party collaboration;improve the talent evaluation mechanism continuously.
