New technologies such as artificial intelligence give birth to systematic changes in the automotive industry and trigger a battle for talents in the automotive field. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the supply and demand of artificial intelligence talents in the automotive industry. It is found that there are still some problems in the construction of artificial intelligence talent teams in the automotive industry，such as a serious shortage of talent supply，education lagging behind the needs of enterprises，the combination of industry and education，school-enterprise cooperation need to be strengthened，and the talent evaluation mechanism needs to be improved. This paper puts forward that we should open up more channels and attract core technical talents；improve the supply of human resources through scientific training；promote school-enterprise cooperation through multi-party collaboration；improve the talent evaluation mechanism continuously.
