<<Based on the basic data of the development of the catering industry in Shaanxi Province,this report makes an analysis of the survival status and development trend of the catering market in Shaanxi Province under the background of regular COVID-19 containment. Through the horizontal and vertical comparison of the catering operation data,study is made on the spatial composition and business layout of the catering industry market in Shaanxi. The evaluation and analysis is made on the innovative practice of the catering industry in Shaanxi in terms of product development,catering environment,operation mode and brand communication. It is concluded that the catering industry in Shaanxi still needs enterprises to open source for self-help,the government support policy is inclined to catering,and the demand for “home” catering will continue to drive the food delivery business. Under the regular epidemic containment,standardization and safety have become the rigid constraints to catering enterprises,the scene combination mode has become a new idea for the development of catering,and the process of digital intelligence transformation of catering enterprises will be further accelerated.
