本报告对互联网行业人工智能人才的供给和需求状况进行了深入分析。互联网行业人工智能人才供给呈现年轻化、高学历化的趋势。伴随着人工智能在互联网企业的加速落地,该行业对人工智能人才需求旺盛,供求存在结构性矛盾。人才队伍建设中,应关注当前人员架构理性调整、人才质量有待提高、人才管理服务有待提升等新情况新问题。本报告据此提出,应加强顶层设计,构筑互联网人才创新发展高地;适应产业发展,提升人才队伍整体质量;加大人才集聚力度,打造适应产业发展的人才队伍支撑;持续优化环境,引导和规范行业人才发展。
<<This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the supply and demand of artificial intelligence talents in the Internet industry. The study found that in the construction of artificial intelligence talent teams in the Internet industry,attention should be paid to the current new situations and problems,such as rational adjustment of personnel structure,improvement of talent quality,and improvement of talent management services. This paper proposes that we should strengthen the top-level design and build a highland for the innovation and development of Internet talents;Adapt to industrial development and improve the overall quality of the talent team;Increase the concentration of talents and create a talent team support suitable for industrial development;Continue to optimize the environment and guide and standardize the development of talents in the industry.
