基于对我国省级文化馆、公共图书馆、博物馆微信公众号的调研发现,与2018年相比文化志愿服务的自媒体传播和管理服务逐步向常态化迈进,但地区和机构之间存在差异。公众号的功能有待完善、内容呈现需进一步丰富,未来应继续加强公众号平台建设、创新文章推送模式、规范平台运营,提升文化志愿服务数字化发展水平。
<<Based on the research on the WeChat public accounts of provincial cultural museums,public libraries,and museums in China,it is found that compared with 2018,the self-media communication and management services of culture volunteer service gradually moved toward normalization,but there are differences between regions and institutions. The functions of the public accounts need to be improved,and the content presentation needs to be further enriched. In the future,we should continue to strengthen the construction of the public platform,innovate the mode of article delivery,standardize the platform operation,and enhance the digital development of cultural volunteer service.
