The “Sunshine Project”，an Action Plan for Rural Culture Volunteer Services in Central and Western China. The “Dream Project”，an Action Plan for Culture Volunteer Services for Rural Minors are organized and implemented jointly by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Central Culture Office. The “Sunshine Project” recruits culture volunteers to form volunteer service teams which go to grassroots civilization practice institutes and stations to carry out activities，so that the majority of rural people can feel the Party’s voice，warmth，and good life are all around them. The “Dream Project”，focused on rural school and children’s palaces，recruits culture volunteers to regularly provide art training to rural minors，improve their culture and artistic literacy and enrich their spiritual and cultural life. Over the years，the implementation of the two projects has resulted in a number of outstanding culture volunteers. This article takes the deeds of some outstanding volunteers as examples to show the implementation of culture volunteer service actions of the “Sunshine Project” and “Dream Project”.
