陕西历史博物馆志愿服务团队率先在全国博物馆行业实行志愿者注册签约制度,形成了一支由国际志愿者和国内志愿者组成的志愿者队伍。通过建立健全机制、强化团队管理,挖掘自身资源、培育服务品牌,完善了博物馆公益性文化机构功能,扩大了社会教育文化服务范围。面对大学生志愿者流失率高、志愿者考核机制缺乏长效规范性等问题,应着力推动打造全社会志愿服务信用机制,将志愿者工作纳入博物馆和城市发展的总体规划,加强多方协作和数字化平台建设,促进博物馆志愿者团队发展的国际化。
<<The volunteer service team of Shaanxi History Museum,composed of international and domestic volunteers,took the lead in implementing the volunteer registration and signing system in the national museum industry. By establishing and improving mechanisms,strengthening team management,tapping its resources,and cultivating service brands,Shaanxi History Museum has strengthened its function as a non-profit cultural institution and expanded the scope of social,educational,and culture services. In the face of the high turnover rate of college student volunteers and the lack of long-term standardization of volunteer assessment mechanisms,efforts should be made to promote the creation of a community-wide volunteer service credit mechanism,integrate volunteer work into the overall planning of the museum and city development,strengthen multi-party collaboration and digital platform construction,and promote the internationalization of museum volunteer team development.
