中国美术馆志愿者团队以“共享艺术的快乐”为服务理念,近年来不断完善团队建设,提升志愿者归属感以及专业化服务水平,推动了线上、线下多元化服务活动的开展,创新拓展了以“节日”为概念的多类型公共教育志愿服务。针对评估体系不完善、组织多头管理、人员流失率高、激励方式单一、成员老龄化等问题,中国美术馆志愿者团队以系统化策略应对,从健全评估系统、统筹服务体系、拓宽服务领域、强化评优模式等多方面着手,凝心聚力,与志愿者共同面向新时代。
<<The National Art Museum of China (NAMOC),with the service concept of “Sharing the Joy of Art”,has been improving its team building,enhancing the sense of belonging and professional service level of volunteers,promoting diversified service activities both online and offline,and innovating and expanding various types of public education activities based on the concept of “festival” in recent years. In response to the problems of imperfect evaluation systems,multiple management,high staff turnover rate,single incentive method,and aging members,the volunteer team of the National Art Museum of China adopted systematic strategies,such as improving the evaluation system,coordinating the service system,broadening the service areas,and strengthening the merit evaluation model,to face the new era together with volunteers.
